Damage on Arrival

At TurboMax GPU, we take great care in packaging and shipping all products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help.

1. What Qualifies as Damage on Arrival 

A product will be considered DOA if:

  • The item is physically damaged upon delivery

  • The product is not functioning as intended upon first use

  • The package contents are incomplete or missing critical components

2. Reporting a DOA Issue

To be eligible for a DOA claim, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

All claims must be submitted by contacting our support team with the required information listed below.

3. Required Evidence

To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, the following evidence is mandatory:

  • A full unboxing video (starting before opening the package and clearly showing the shipping label)

  • Clear photos of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The shipping label

    • The damaged or defective product

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.

4. How to Submit a Claim

Please send your DOA claim to:

  • Order number

  • Full name used during purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Attached photos and video evidence

5. Claim Review Process

  • All claims are reviewed within 2–5 business days

  • Additional information may be requested if necessary

  • TurboMax GPU reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the requirements

6. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement (subject to product availability)

  • Full or partial refund (if replacement is not possible)

The resolution method will be determined at our discretion based on the situation.

7. Important Conditions

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging

  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., misuse, improper installation) is not covered

  • Customers must retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved

8. Shipping for Returns

If a return is required:

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

  • In some cases, return shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed
